It can be used to make transfers : Reverse side screen printing on the flock layer of a synthetic adhesive, sprinkled with hotmelt powder. Heat transfer of the design on a textile backing can then be done.

Also, can be used for flocking on the garments: By printing the Plastisol or water based adhesive on the garments and then transferring the flock on the design by heat fusing process.
