J- TEK INKS

J Tek sublimations inks are available in two different grades:

J-Next SUBLI NANO:

the newest line of sublimation inks. Made with cluster technology, these inks meet the demans of high speed printers. Cluster technology encapsulates the ink's molecules so that they are stable rather than chaotic. The structured state allows for an easier pass through in high speed piezo head printers such as Roland, Mimaki JV5/JV33, Epson 9700/9900, Mutoh and any wide format OEM printer. The inks are not affected by the pumps and pressurized feeding systems that are often accompanied with these printers.

J-NEXT is made with same nanodot technology & ecofriendly characteristics.

ECO COMPATIBILTIY

Water based inks. Produced from only non hazardous, hypoallergenic raw materials Free of alkyphenols. All packaging material is biodegradable or made from recycled materials.

Main Features

1) Reduced viscosity by up to 30%

2) Has less distension

3) Less deflection

4) Dries fast on any coated paper

5) Less affected by electrostatic energy

6) Greater Printing Accuracy

J-Eco Nano

digital inks are ink-jet printing inks especially designed to be used on digital printers having piezo printing heads. J-Eco Nano are suitable both for direct and sublimation printing on polyester fabrics or mixed synthetic fabrics, containing polyester in a min. quantity of 60%. In the sublimation process, the image is printed on coated paper and then transferred on the fabric with a heat press or calendar. The direct printing process, instead, allows for direct printing onto the fabric and then a subsequent process of thermofixation.
For application on different material such as polyammide, the transfer or thermofixing temperature varies according to chemical-physical characteristics of the substrate to be printed. For instance, the plastic sheet used in skis and snowboards manufacturing are transferred at 170-180°C for 90/120 seconds.

ECO COMPATABILITY

Free from Alkylphenolethoxylate (APE) according to the EC Directive 2003/53/CE issued on June 18, 2003. APE is a chemical product included in EDC (Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals) list of substances.
